The Secret Hand Of The Cult

The Coming of Satan and His Counsels

What has kept back the beasts who are named men? What is it that has guided them so far? In ancient societies they were kept in line by brutal and blind force; after that, it was law. Law or “the rules-based society” is the very same force, only not so obvious.

There was a time when faith and good conscience ruled, but in our day, the power that has replaced the liberal rulers is the power of money.

It makes no difference whether a government is exhausted by its own convulsions, or if its internal discord and strife allow its enemies to take it over - the result is the same. It is irretrievably lost: it is then in our power. The iron-fisted rule of money, which is entirely in our hands, holds out a straw to the government that it must, eventually, reach out and accept - for if it does not, it goes down.

There is nothing in common between politics and morality. Any president governed by morality will be unstable in his position because he cannot be a skilled politician. Anyone wanting to rule over men must have three things. He must have cunning. He must also have ourselves, who are in the shade—that is, mostly invisible, thanks to the news media under our control. And, thirdly, he must utilize fantasy or make-believe, or to put it more accurately, he must be good at lying with a straight face. Great national qualities, like frankness and honesty, are destructive qualities in politics. They topple those in power from their place of authority more effectively and more certainly than the most powerful enemy. Those qualities must be the attributes of the various states, but we must, under no circumstances, be guided by them.

Our right to do what we desire lies in force. The word 'right' is an abstract illusion and cannot be proven by anything. The word means no more than: when you give me what I demand, it proves that I am stronger than you. This was seen in the invasion of Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, and now with Ukraine and others.

Whenever there is a government that has poorly organized authority such as with Ukraine, and that has lost the personal nature of its laws and rulers because of liberalism's flood of so-called 'rights' and other corruptions, I find that there is a new right. That is, it is our right to attack merely because we are the stronger. Also included in that right is to scatter to the winds all existing forces of order and regulation; to reconstruct all institutions. We, then, also become the sovereign lord of those who gave up their rights of power to us, voluntarily, in their liberalism.

In the present chaos caused by the tottering condition of all forms of power, our own power is more invisible than any other. This is because it will remain invisible until it has gained so much strength that no cunning can possibly undermine it. It is that way now. Just let our enemies try to correct us and we always have a plan to make them powerless and looking stupid. No one can be a threat to our dominion.

The citizens of nations are stupefied with alcohol and drugs; their youth have grown stupid on our publications and our pornography, and from immorality learned at early ages. That immorality was taught to them by our special agents in the schools - our demons on the Internet, in the houses of the wealthy, by religious teachers and others; also by our women in the places of sexual corruption commonly used by the people. I include in the last category, the so-called 'society ladies,' who are voluntary followers of the others in corruption and luxury. We have sexualized the women and even youth now and that only adds to our power over them because they lose their moral authority.

The signature of our power is - force and make-believe as in making believe that there are weapons of mass destruction in Iraq or that Russia had invaded Ukraine without cause. Only force conquers in political affairs, especially if it is concealed under the cloak of statesmanship. When governments do not want to lay down their crowns at the feet of the new beast, we must respond with violence, cunning and make-believe as with our present efforts against Iran. We make-believe that they are going to use their nuclear science for weapons. These evils are the only means by which to attain the end, the good – the good being, for us to control everything in the world for our own glory and our own purposes. Therefore we must not stop at bribery, deceit and treachery when they will help towards attaining our goals. In politics it is necessary to know how to seize the property of others without hesitation if that will win for us submission and sovereignty.

Our State, marching along the path of peaceful conquest, has the right to replace the horrors of war by less noticeable and more satisfactory means. That is, by the assassinations, “suicides” and the mob, that are necessary to maintain the terror which leads to blind submission. Merciless justice and severity as with the Branch Davidians and others is the greatest strength in the State: not only for the sake of profit but also in the name of duty. For the sake of victory, we must keep to the program of violence and make-believe. In the name of squaring accounts or making things 'right', it is necessary to use severity and harshness that have the appearance of justice as in "Iraqi Freedom" and its shock and awe maxim. It is by this means that we shall bring all governments into subjection to our United Nations. When they know that we are merciless in exacting our form of justice, all disobedience will cease.

Far back in ancient times, we were the first to proclaim to the masses of the people the words 'Liberty, Equality, Fraternity'. Those words have been repeated many times since by stupid human parrots everywhere, who greedily take the bait. When they did that, they also eliminated the well-being of the world — that is, the true freedom of the individual which had, until then, been protected from the mindless mob. The would-be wise men of the nations, the so-called intellectuals, could not make anything out of those words in their abstractness. They did not note the contradiction of their meaning and how they related to each other. They did not see that in nature, there is no equality, and there cannot be freedom. They do not see that Nature herself has established inequality of minds, of characters, and capabilities. She has done this just as unchangeably as she has made everything else adhere to her laws.

In all corners of the earth the words 'Liberty, Equality, Fraternity,' brought into our ranks whole legions who bore our banners with enthusiasm — all thanks to our blind agents. And all the time these words were cankerworms at work boring into the well-being of the nations, putting an end everywhere to peace, quiet, solidarity, and destroying all the foundations of the nation-states. As you will see later, this helped us triumph; it made it possible for us to get our hands on the real master card. On the ruins we have made of the natural and family line of ruling powers of the nations, we have set up the educated class to rule by the kingdom of money. To qualify to rule in this domain requires wealth, which we control, and knowledge which comes from the power of our learned elders.

That abstract illusion called freedom that we have used to infect the minds of the mob in all countries, which includes conservatives, and the liberals as well as the zealots, we have used these forces to convince them that they are the ones that choose their government. It has also enabled us to make the mindless mob think that they are the true owners of their country, and that their government is only their elected servant and can be replaced like a worn-out glove whenever they desire. They are also led to believe that if they just elect the ruler of their choice that things will be okay again.

It is precisely the idea that they think they can replace their representatives when they don't like what they are doing that has put them under our control. This has given into our hands the power to set up and replace so-called elected representatives, by our appointment because they can only vote for those whom we put upon their ballot. They always vote for us no matter who is playing the role of running for election.

It is exceedingly important for our purposes that whenever there are wars they should not result in one side or the other gaining territory. You can easily see this by our trumpeting against Russia’s movements in Ukraine. By doing this, war will become an economic tool that will cause the nations to whom we give assistance, to recognize our strength and dominance. This will result in putting the sides of the conflict at the mercy of our international organizations which possess millions of spy eyes, ever on the watch, and are under no one else's control or limitations, whatever. Our international right to govern will then wipe out the individual nations' rights. We will rule the nations in exactly the same way the nations rule their subjects — by an international form of civil law which we do not regard for ourselves by any means.

We shall choose those to run the governments from among the public. The main qualification for these positions in government will be their willingness for unquestioning, servile obedience to our instructions. They will not be persons trained in the art of government as were the kings, and will, therefore, easily become pawns in the hands of our men of learning and genius who will be their advisers. Those unelected advisers will be specialists, bred and reared from early childhood to rule the affairs of the whole world. These are the ones who instruct the newly elected representatives as to their duty to us. As you well know, these specialists of ours, in order to make them fit to rule, have been receiving all the information they need from our political advisors, universities and other non-public institutions which are in our hands. In addition, they learn from our version of history and from closely observing current events that we have placed before them.

The nations are not guided by the practical use of unprejudiced historical observation as they should be but, rather, by a routine derived from a theory such as “The American Way” or some other patriotic nonsense. They do this without any forethought or regard for the consequence or results because they have not been taught to reason, but only to memorize in their schools. Because of this we need not even consider them at all. Let them amuse themselves until it is too late, or go on looking for some new form of enterprising self-indulgence, or just live in the past on the memories of all they have accomplished and enjoyed such as their WWII victories.

We can manipulate their thinking because we have persuaded them to accept their role as it is. We have done this by convincing them that they should “follow the science” or theory we place before them and that this is the principle value system to which they should adhere. It is for this purpose that we continually use our control of the news media to arouse blind confidence in these theories or science that we have invented for them such as the need to follow the science and be vaccinated or the science of global warming.

The intellectuals of the nations will puff themselves up with their knowledge as talking points. They will do this without any logical verification of those theories we present to them as fact such as evolution or some other historic nonsense. They will then put into effect all the so-called scientific information available that our agents have cunningly pieced together for the purpose of educating their minds in the direction we want.

The Media

In the hands of the national governments today, the greatest force for moving the minds and thoughts of the people is the news media on both the liberal and conservative sides. The primary purposes of the news media are: to keep pointing out things that we want the people to believe are indispensable; to give voice to the complaints of the people; and to express and create discontent. We pit the various sides against each other causing them to need us to fulfill their felt needs.

It is in the news media that the illusionary triumph of freedom of speech begins to look as if it is real. But the nations have not known how to make use of this potent force, and it has fallen into our hands. Through the news media we have gained the power to influence and control the minds of the people, while remaining hidden. They do not have a clue as to the actual sources of their ideas.

Today I may tell you that we are only a few steps away from achieving our goal of total universal control through our "Great Reset." There remains a small space to cross and the whole, long path we have trodden is now ready to close its cycle of the Symbolic Snake—that symbol that represents our people. When this ring closes, all the nation-states will be locked into its coil as in a powerful vice.

The constitutional scales of balance in these days will shortly break down, for we have created them with a certain lack of accurate balance. This is causing them to oscillate continually until they wear through the pivot on which they turn. The nations are under the delusion that they have welded them strongly enough and they believe that the scales will eventually come into equilibrium.

In order to cause those who want power to misuse that power, we have set all forces in opposition to one another. This is breaking up their tendencies towards independence. To accomplish this we have stirred up every form of individual ambition, we have armed all parties on all sides of the conflict and we have set up the official authority of their governments to be a target for all that ambition. We have made gladiatorial arenas out of everything. In those arenas we have introduced a host of confused issues over which they may contend, such as abortion, sex changes and whether to support a war or not. Just a little more, and bankruptcy and disorder will be universal.

All people are chained down to heavy toil by poverty and debt more firmly than they were ever chained by slavery and serfdom. A few, by some way or another, might free themselves, but we can handle them. However, they will never be free from desiring material possessions, or even their food.

We have included in the constitution certain rights that seem to the masses as fictitious and not real rights. All these so-called 'people's rights' can never really exist except in the thin vapor of an idea, an idea which can never be realized in practical life. What does a common laborer care who is bowed down under his heavy toil, crushed by his lot in life, if talkers get the right to babble and journalists get the right to scribble any nonsense right beside really genuine issues in the guise of free speech? They get to babble in the guise of conservative or liberal, which are meaningless constructs. Once the common man can gain nothing from the constitution except a few pitiful crumbs which we fling to him from our table in order to get him to vote for what we dictate — for men we place in power — he is our servant.

To a poor man, the rights that he supposedly gained from political conservatism such as the right to own a gun are no more than a bitter irony because he finds nothing but the necessity of toiling all day which never gives him the opportunity to exercise those rights in actual life except he gets to go target practice at some painted sign on his day off. He can own a gun but the gun cannot free him from our hand, his labor, his debt or our laws.

We now appear on the scene as apparent saviors of the common worker, saving him from this oppression by enrolling him in the ranks of our various forces fighting for imaginary civil liberties of some kind. The upper class, which enjoyed by law the labor of the workers, was interested in seeing that the workers were well-fed, healthy and strong. We are interested in just the opposite — in the diminishment, the killing out of the personal power and individuality of the people. Our power is in the chronic, physical and mental weakness of the worker. What that results in is his being made the slave of our will, and he will not find in the authorities of his own society either the strength, the will or energy to oppose us since the money comes from us. Hunger, in whatever form it comes, causes money to rule over the worker more certainly than any aristocracy or the legal right of government.

By creating poverty, homelessness or some other sorry condition such as COVID, whether imaginary or real, we, in turn, create envy and hatred between those who have and those who have not. With that hatred and envy we shall control the mobs of rioters running through the streets of their cities and use their hands to wipe out all those who hinder us in achieving our goals in this process.

When the hour strikes for our sovereign lord of all the world to be crowned, it is these same hands of the mob which will sweep away everything that might be a hindrance for him.

Because of the present state of public information that we have directed and developed, the people cherish a blind hatred towards all conditions which they consider above themselves, because they have no understanding of the meaning of class and condition. We have brought about this state of affairs by causing the people to blindly and ignorantly believe whatever the news media tells them.

This hatred will be still further magnified by the effects of an economic crisis, which will stop dealings on the exchanges and bring industry to a standstill such as we carried out in 1929. With all the secret, underground methods available to us, and with the aid of money which is all in our control, we shall create a universal world crisis whereby we shall send mobs of people into the streets, simultaneously in all countries. These mobs will rush with delight to shed the blood of those whom, in the simplicity of their ignorance, they have envied from childhood, and then will be able to loot their property. They will not be able to touch our property and families because we will know the moment the attacks will come and take appropriate measures. We will lose nothing.

Because the common people see that all sorts of concessions and indulgences have been given to them in the name of freedom and equality, they come to imagine themselves to be sovereign lords and storm their way to power. But, naturally, like every other blind man who has come upon a host of stumbling blocks, they rush to find a guide. They have never had the sense to return to the former condition and have laid down their rightful power at our feet. Remember the French Revolution and how it was we who gave it the name of 'Great'—the secrets of its preparations are well known to us, for it was completely the work of our hands. We will do this again in our present world.

Ever since that time, we have been leading the people from one disenchantment to another. This has been done so that in the end they should turn even from us, in favor of that messiah King whom we are preparing for the world. We will make it out that he is the Christ they have been looking for and expecting. Their hopes for peace and justice will soar when we offer them his coming as a solution for them.

At the present day we are, as an international force, invincible. This is so because, if attacked by some nation, we are supported by others. It is the common, low nature of the nations to crawl on their bellies to force while, at the same time, being merciless towards weakness and faults and indulgent to crimes. They are unwilling to bear the contradictions of a free social system but are patient to the point of martyrdom when a bold dictator inflicts violence upon them. It is these qualities which are helping us on to independent power. The peoples of the nations will bear patiently under the abuses of a charismatic dictator things which they would have cut the heads of kings for doing.

It is explained by the fact that a cunning dictator, through his agents, will whisper to the people that these abuses inflicted upon them are actually inflicting injury upon the people for the very highest good — that is — to secure the welfare of the people, the international brotherhood of them all, and their unity and equality of rights. Naturally, they do not tell the people that this unification must be accomplished only under our sovereign rule and their own necks under our boot. Presently this method is seen in our financial support of Ukraine. We have made the people sick with sentiment for Ukraine from our coup d'état of taking over the entire government of the country and weakening Russia in the process.

And thus the people condemn the upright and acquit the guilty, and are persuaded ever more and more that they can do whatsoever they wish. Thanks to this state of things, the people are destroying every kind of stability and creating disorders at every step.

We Must Undermine Faith

It is absolutely necessary for us to undermine all faith, to tear out of the minds of the people the very principle of the Godhead and the Spirit, and to replace it with “follow the science” and social calculations and material needs.

In order to give the people no time to think and realize what is going on, their minds must be diverted towards industry, trade or some war we have caused to happen. Thus, all the nations and peoples will be swallowed up in the pursuit of material gain and personal security. While deeply involved in this, they will not take note of their common foe. But again, in order that the communities of the nations may be finally disintegrated and ruined by their supposed freedom, we have placed industry on the basis of speculation such as a stock market or commodities exchange. The result of that is that whatever is taken out of the land by industry will be invested in speculation and thus will pass into our control.

By causing an intensified struggle for superiority and by the shocks we deliver to economic life, we have created communities that are disenchanted, cold and heartless, needing to have cameras set up to spot intruders and locks on their doors. Such communities will foster a strong revulsion towards the higher political and religion. Their only purpose is personal and material gain - money - which they will make into a veritable cult for the sake of those material delights which it can give to them.

We create a concentrated, centralized government in order to grip in our hands all the forces of the community. By using new laws and executive orders, we rigidly and mechanically regulate all of the political life of our subjects. These laws and presidential executive orders will withdraw, one by one, all of the liberties and indulgences which have been permitted by the governments previously. Our government will be distinguished by a despotism of monumental proportions demanding that the people obey the mandates, lockdowns or other present rules. This government will be in a position, at any moment and in every place, to wipe out any people who oppose us by deed or word. Some will tell us that a despotism such as I am talking about will not fit in with the progress of these days, but I will prove to you that it will.

The art of controlling and directing the masses of people and individuals is done by means of cleverly presented theory and wording, by creating regulations to rule their lives and by many other means. The nations largely understand nothing about this art which belongs to the specialists of our administrative brain. We have been brought up on analysis, observation and delicacies of fine calculation and in this area we have no rivals - any more than we are rivaled in the creation of plans of political actions and solid unity.

In this respect the Jesuits alone might have compared with us, but we have conspired to discredit them in the eyes of the unthinking, mindless citizenry. We have caused them to be an open and known organization while we have kept ours a secret — in the shade, as it were. However, it probably makes no difference to the world who is its sovereign lord, whether the head of Catholicism or our despot. But to us, the self proclaimed chosen people, it is very far from being a matter of indifference.

We have taken the personal and national desires of the nations and set them against each other. We have bred religious and race hatred into a huge growth in the course of the past twenty centuries. This is the reason why there is not any country, anywhere, that would rise up against us because they would not receive any support for it. Every one of them must bear in mind that any alliance against us would be quite unprofitable to them. We are too strong — there is no getting away from our power. The nations cannot even come to a small, private agreement without our secretly having a hand in it.

In this present age it is more important to disarm the people than to lead them into war; more important to use, for our advantage, the passions which have burst into flame than to quench their fire; more important to understand the ideas of others and then interpret them to suit our own purposes than to eradicate them. The central purpose of our directorate consists in this: to debilitate the public mind by criticism; to distract it from any serious considerations that are calculated to arouse resistance; to divert their minds to engage in conflicts whose issues are eloquently presented but hollow and meaningless.

In all ages the peoples of the world, collectively and as individuals, have accepted words, especially from their political forces, in the place of deeds because they are content with a show. They rarely pause to take notice whether promises are followed by performance, especially in the public arena; therefore, we shall establish institutions that are nothing more than show and will give eloquent 'proof' of beneficial progress. These institutions are all about freedom and human rights and women’s rights and racial equality. But they never actually change anything that actually benefits society, but they don’t notice.

In order to bring public opinion into our hands we must cause it to experience great bewilderment. This will be done by giving expression to so many contradictory opinions through the media and the Internet, and for such a length of time, that the nations will become dazed in the confusion of the maze of voices. This will result in their realizing that the best thing is to have no opinion of any kind in political matters which the people and even their governments do not understand. Those things are only rightly understood by him who guides the public. This is the first secret.

The second secret that is required for the success of our government is expressed in the following: to cause an increase of the national failings, habits, passions, conditions of civil life, so that it will be impossible for anyone to know what his place is in the resulting chaos. This will result in utter failure of the people to understand one another. This course of action will also serve us in another way, namely, to sow discord among all factions, to dislocate all organized forces which are still unwilling to submit to us, and to discourage any kind of personal initiative or enterprise which might hinder our progress in any way. There is nothing more dangerous than personal initiative. If it is directed by genius, such initiative can do more than can be done by millions of people among whom we have sown discord. So to keep this initiative under control we monitor the social media sites. We allow the people to show their face and smile a lot, but if they put on anything truly world changing we simply name it "hate speech" and remove it or drop the account under the guise of some other kind of community standards.

We direct the education of the nation's communities in such a way that whenever they encounter a situation requiring initiative they throw up their hands in despair and impotence. The stress and confusion which results when the freedom of one comes in conflict with the freedom of another drains the energies of both. From this conflict arise intense moral shocks, disenchantments and failures. By all these means we shall wear down the nations so effectively that they will be forced to offer us international power.

That power is of a nature that it enables us, without violence, to gradually absorb all the national forces and power of the world. From that we have formed our super-government, the United Nations. Its hands reach out in all directions like pruning shears and its organization are of such colossal dimensions that it cannot fail to subdue all the nations of the world. One such tentacle of the beast is the World Health Organization (WHO) along with many others.

The Kingdom of Money

We have established huge monopolies, reservoirs of colossal riches such as The World Bank, that even the large economies of the nations will depend on it to such an extent that they will go to the bottom together with the credit of the nations on the day after the political smash. You gentlemen here who are economists, just make an estimate of the significance of this combination. In every possible way we develop the significance of our United Nations by representing it as the protector and benefactor of all those who voluntarily submit to us.

The suitability of the nations as a political force is dead - we need not take it into account; but those who possess and exercise control over land can still be harmful to us. This is because they are self-sufficient due to the resources of the land on which they live or have control over. It is essential, therefore, for us at whatever cost to deprive them of their land. This goal will be best attained by increasing the pressures and burdens upon land — real property, by loading lands with property taxes, and environmental protection issues. These measures will severely limit landholding and keep it in a state of humble and unconditional submission.

At the same time we must intensively patronize trade and industry. First place, however, must be given to speculation, that part which provides a controlling opposition to industry. An industry that is not deeply involved in speculation will multiply money in private hands and will serve to restore agriculture by freeing the land from indebtedness to the banks. What we want is that industry should drain off from the land both labor and money, and by means of speculation, transfer into our hands all the money of the world. This will throw all the nations into the ranks of the lower-class workers and “illegal aliens.” Then the nations will bow down before us, if for no other reason than to get the right to exist since we have invaded them with all kinds of foreign laborers.

To complete the ruin of national industry we shall, in addition to speculation, add the lure of luxury which we have developed among the nations. We have created a greedy demand for luxury which is swallowing up everything through artfully-constructed advertising. We raise the rate of wages which, however, will not bring any advantage to the workers, because at the same time, we shall stimulate inflation to bring about a rise in prices. We further very skillfully undermine the sources of production by stimulating the workers to drugs and drunkenness and making them think they are in control of everything. We shall accompany this with every effort to eradicate all national educated influences from the face of the earth.

It is important that the true meaning of what is happening should not be understood by the people or nations before the right time has come. In order to accomplish this we hide it under a pretended zealous motive of serving the working classes and the great principles of political economy. For these economic theories we are carrying on a strong program of propaganda.

The intensification of military armaments and the increase of police forces are all essential for the completion of the aforementioned plans. The end result which we seek is that in all nations of the world there should, other than ourselves, be only the masses of the common worker, a few billionaires devoted to our interests, police and soldiers. We must create upheavals, discords and open hostility. By this we shall gain a double advantage. First off, we will be able to keep all countries under our control. They will submit to this control because they well know that we have the power to create disorders or to restore order whenever we like. We have recently done this with BLM and Antifa. All these countries are quite used to the fact that we possess the indispensable force of extortion through economic sanctions or upheavals.

Secondly, by means of conspiracies and scheming we shall cause utter confusion by the strings we have tied into the cabinets of all nations. We have created these controls within the governments by means of political and economic treaties or loan obligations. In order to create all this discord and confusion of power, we use great cunning and insight during negotiations and agreements. However, we shall use the opposite tactics of masking what we do under a cloak of honesty and compliancy using the 'official language' or jargon of government known as legal language. In this way, the peoples and governments, whom we have taught to look only at the outside of whatever we present to them and never examine it in depth, will still continue to accept us as the benefactors and saviors of the human race.

We Will Make War

Whenever we encounter any nation which dares to oppose us such as Serbia, Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, or some other, we are prepared to incite war and join with its neighbors against it; but if those neighboring countries should also venture to stand together against us, then we must create resistance by inciting a world war as we have done in the past. We must force the national governments to act in the direction favored by our broad master plan which is already approaching its desired goal. This force will come in the form of public opinion which has been secretly shaped and molded by us through the means of that so-called 'Great Power' - the news media. That power is, with a few exceptions that may be disregarded, already entirely in our hands.

We surround our government with a whole world of economists, constellations of bankers, industrialists, capitalists and - the main thing - billionaires. The latter because in material substance every difference between parties or business transactions will be settled by sums of money.

For a time, until conditions are safe for entrusting responsible posts in government to our brothers, we shall occupy them with persons whose past reputation has created a great alienation between them and the people, such as with sexual offenses. These are individuals who, if they disobey our instructions, will face a hundred criminal charges or disappear. This threat will make them defend our interests to their last gasp because they know that the people, to whom they have been unfaithful in their past dealings, will not come to their aid.

When working out our plans and principles in any particular country, you must pay attention to the character and social standards of the people and adhere to them. This must be done until such time as the people shall have been re-educated to our way of thinking. By approaching the people's social and moral standards with caution, you will see that not a decade will pass before the most stubborn character will change and we shall add yet another people to the ranks of those already subdued by us.

For us there is nothing to restrict or to limit the range of our activity. Our U.N. actually abides above and outside any laws. It would, therefore, be described more accurately by the energetic and forcible words — benevolent dictatorship. I am in a position to tell you, with a clear conscience, that at the proper time we, the lawgivers, shall execute judgment and sentence. We shall kill and we shall spare no matter what the law says. We, as head of all our troops, are mounted on the steed of the leader. We rule by force of will because in our hands are the fragments of a once powerful system which we have conquered, and the weapons we have gathered from among the conquered peoples are limitless ambitions, burning greediness, merciless vengeance, hatred and malice.

It is from us that the all-consuming terrorism proceeds. We have in our service persons of all opinions, of all doctrines. Included are those who desire to restore monarchies and kingships; those who would be leaders of the peoples by inciting them to discontent: socialists, communists, Antifa, Black Lives Matter, and utopian dreamers of every kind. We have harnessed them all to the task of serving our purposes. Each one of them, on his own, is boring away at the last remnants of authority and striving to overthrow all established form of order. By these acts, all nations and societies are in torture. They try to reason with the people to restore tranquillity and are ready to sacrifice everything for peace, but we will not give them peace until they openly acknowledge the United Nations and fully submit to it giving away any notion of personal or national sovereignty.

Without much altering the existing laws, we have twisted their interpretations so as to make them contradict each other. We have succeeded in erecting great and magnificent results by perverting the laws. The first result was that the interpretations of the laws actually masked their true intent. Afterwards, those laws were entirely hid from eyes of the governments because it became impossible to make anything out of the tangled web of legislation.

This is from where the theory of arbitration and negotiations comes. You may say that the nations will rise up against us, guns in hand, if they guess what is going on before the time comes; but in the West we have established a plan of such appalling terror that the very stoutest hearts will tremble. The nuclear war threat is ever dangled before them. We have the power to destroy an entire capital of the nation with only a single nuclear weapon.

When we have accomplished our coup d'état, our grab of all political power, we will just tell the peoples, 'Everything has gone terribly bad. Everyone has been brought down by suffering, but we are merely destroying the causes of your torment which are nationalities, borders, differences of coinage and money. You can, of course, judge us prematurely, but would it be a righteous judgment if you have not given what we are offering you a fair chance?' This will result in the mob bearing us up in their hands and exalting us in unanimous triumph of hopes and expectations. 'Free' elections and voting, which we have made one of the means of our success, will set us on the throne of the world.

To bring this about, we must have everybody, without distinction of class or qualification or even if they are not properly registered, in on the vote. This is the only way we can establish an absolute majority which cannot be gotten from educated property owners and the citizen alone. In this way, we manage to give everyone a sense of self-importance and destroy in the nations the importance of the family and its educational value. It also eliminates the possibility of individual minds separating from our planned course. The protesters, which are controlled by us, will not let them get any attention or even allow them to be heard if their opinions differ from our own. They will listen only to us because it pays them to obey and give us attention. In this way, we shall create a blind, mighty force which will never move in any direction without the guidance of our agents, the leaders of the mob. The people will submit to this regime because they will know that their income and all of their benefits depend upon these leaders.

These schemes will not turn existing institutions upside down just yet. They will only affect changes in their economy and consequently in the whole combined movement of their progress which will thus be directed along the paths laid down in our schemes.

When we introduced the poison of liberalism into the national organism, its whole political complexion underwent a change. States have been seized with a mortal illness — blood-poisoning. All that remains is to await the end of their death agony.

We ourselves shall tell presidents what their responsibility is. At this time, we are powerful enough so that we can disregard normal channels of action in carrying out our desires. We make our personal puppet responsible for all of that.

In order that our scheme may produce this result, we arrange elections in favor of those candidates that have some dark, undiscovered stain in their past, some food for scandal. Then they will be trustworthy agents for the accomplishment of our plans. This 'trust' will come from fear of being exposed and from the natural desire everyone has who has risen to such political power, namely to retain the privileges, advantages and honor connected with the office of president, senator or some other official.

The authority of our puppet president will become a target for every possible form of attack; however, we shall provide him with means of self-defense. That will take the form of the president's right to appeal to the people for their decision over the heads of their representatives. Of course he will be doing nothing more than appealing to that same blind bunch of slaves of ours—the majority of the mob or masses. Independent of this, we shall invest the president with the right of declaring a state of war. We shall justify this on the ground that the president as Commander in Chief of the armed forces must have the military at his disposal in case he must defend the constitution which is his right to defend as its sworn representative. It is easy to understand that under these conditions, the key to the shrine of government will rest in our hands and no one, apart from ourselves, will ever direct the force of legislation.

The lawmakers do not even read the laws that they vote for. The president, at our direction, will make interpretations of existing laws that are vague enough to be twisted to say whatever we want. He will also annul or make of none-effect those laws when we indicate to him the necessity of doing so. Besides this, he will have the right to propose temporary laws and even new directions in how the government works with the constitution. His justification for all of this he will give as the supreme welfare of the people and the nation.

By such measures we obtain the power of destroying little by little, step by step, all of the things we introduced into the constitutions in the first place. This will prepare for the transition to an unperceived abolition of every kind of constitution. When the time has come, we will turn every form of government into our despotism.

The revelation of our dictator may actually come before the destruction of the constitution. The moment for this revelation will come when the peoples, utterly wearied by the unpredictability and incompetence of their political leaders - a matter for which we shall arrange - will clamor and cry, 'Away with them and give us one ruler over all the earth who will unite us and eliminate the causes of discord, making open borders, destroy nationalities, religions and national debts who will give us peace and quiet which we cannot find with our present rulers and representatives.'

You, yourselves know perfectly well that to cause the people of all nations to desire such a thing, it is absolutely necessary to cause trouble and discontent in the relationship between the people and their governments. It is critical that the people become exhausted with dissension, hatred, struggle, envy, even the use of torture, starvation, inoculation of diseases, vaccines, and poverty—leaving the nations no other vision than to take refuge in our complete sovereignty which is the control of money and everything else about them. But if we give the nations of the world any breathing room, the moment we long for will likely never arrive so we must continue to cause trouble until they give up their soul to us and to the messiah of our making.

The nations are a flock of sheep and we are their wolves. And you know what happens when the wolves get hold of the flock?

There is another reason also why they will close their eyes to what we are doing; we shall keep promising to give them back all the liberties we have taken away as soon as we have quelled the enemies of peace and brought into control all of society. It is not wise to make any mention about how long they must be kept waiting for this return of their liberties. For what purpose then have we invented this whole policy and then grafted it into the minds of the nations without giving them any chance to examine its underlying meaning?

We shall deal with the news media in the following way: what is the part played by the news media today? It serves to excite and inflame those passions which are needed for our purposes, or else it serves the selfish goals of groups of individuals. It is often flat, dull and insipid, unjust, intellectually dishonest or even outright lying, and the majority of the public have no idea what purpose it really serves. We saddle and bridle the news media with a tight bit. We also do the same with all publications of the printing press because there would be no sense in ridding ourselves of attacks from the news media if we are still the target for newspapers, pamphlets and books.

No one shall get away with laying a finger on the glowing radiance of our reputation for government infallibility. The excuse for stopping any publication will be the alleged plea that it is agitating the public mind without reason or justification. Please take note of this, however: among those who will be making attacks upon us there will be organizations established by us; but they will attack only things that we have already decided to change. Not a single announcement will reach the public without our control. Even now, this is already true because all news items are received and disseminated by a few agencies covering all parts of the world such as national and international news and wire-services.

These agencies are already entirely ours and will give publicity only to what we dictate to them. If we have already conspired to possess and control the minds of the peoples and nations to such an extent that they all look at world events through the colored glasses we are placing over their eyes; if there is already not a single nation where there are any barriers for us to look into what national stupidity calls state secrets, what will our position be when we shall be acknowledged as the supreme lords of the world in the person of our leader who will be ruler of all the world?

Literature and journalism are two of the most important educational forces, therefore, our government has become proprietor of the majority of the journals and news media productions. This will neutralize the injurious influence of privately owned news media and publishers, and will put us in possession of the greatest influence upon the public mind. If we allow ten journals not controlled by us to be published, we shall counteract them with thirty of our own and keep that ratio throughout. This, however, must never be suspected by the public. To accomplish this, all publications and productions put out by us will appear to give a variety of opposing viewpoints. They will be quite different from each other in appearance, political leanings and editorial opinions. This will create a confidence in us and attract unsuspicious opponents to us who will thus fall into our trap and be rendered harmless.

All of our newspapers and media productions will be of all possible complexions and viewpoints - aristocratic, conservative, liberal, revolutionary, some even advocating anarchy. Of course, these will only exist as long as the constitution exists. Like the Hindu idol, Vishnu, they will have a hundred hands and every one of them will have a finger on any one of the public opinions as necessary. When the pulse quickens, these hands will lead public opinion in the direction of our desire, for an excited patient loses all power of judgment and easily yields to suggestion. Those fools who will think they are repeating the opinion of a newspaper or media of their own camp, will actually be echoing our own opinion or any opinion that seems desirable for us such as gay rights. In the vain belief that they are following the party of their own ideals, they will in fact be following the flag which we hang out for them.

In order to direct our news media and newspaper 'militia', we must take great and intricate care in organizing this matter. Under the title of central department of the News Media, we shall organize literary conventions. At these gatherings our agents will, secretly and unobtrusively, issue orders and watchwords of the day. They shall engage in controversial discussions on a superficial level, taking care not to touch the true substance of the matter. By this method, our organizations will carry on a sham fight with the official media. This will be done solely for the purpose of giving us the occasion to express ourselves in a more legitimate-looking manner than we could if we merely made some announcement of editorial opinion. That way it will appear as if we are defending truth, rather than just proclaiming it.

These attacks upon us will also serve another purpose, namely, that our subject will be convinced of the existence of true freedom of speech and freedom of the press. It will also give our agents the opportunity to affirm that all organizations and individuals which oppose us are empty, vain, babblers since they are incapable of finding any substantial objections to our position.

Methods of organization like these, invisible to the public eye, are perfectly effective and they are the best calculated to bringing public opinion and confidence to favor our government. Because of such methods we shall be in a position, when necessary, to excite the public mind or to tranquilize it concerning political questions. We can either persuade or confuse. We can accomplish this by publishing first truth then lies, facts or their contradictions, depending on how they will be received, to produce the public confusion that will finally result in the masses out of desperation, depending on us to tell them what to think. When doing this, we must always carefully feel our ground before stepping upon it. This will give us sure victory over our opponents because they do not have the various factions of the news media at their disposal by which they might give full expression to their views. We shall not even need to refute their opinions except on a very superficial level.

From all this, you will see that, by bringing the masses to agree with us, we are only helping the working of our machinery. It will also appear to you that it is not our actions but our words for which we seek approval. This is true because words are the true force by which we create and manipulate public opinion, and those words are constantly designed to convince the masses that all our purposes are founded in a hope on a conviction that we are serving the common good of the people.

In order that the masses themselves may not understand what is the truth about their lives, we further distract them with amusements, games, pastimes, concerts and professional sports. Through the news media we shall propose competitions in art, in sports of all kinds—these interests will ultimately distract their minds from any issues in which we might have to oppose them. Because people will grow more and more mentally lazy and unused to forming their own opinions, they will begin to talk the same way as do we. They will do this because we alone shall be offering them new directions for thought, of course, we will do this using persons they will never suspect of being in league with us.

The part now being played by the liberals, utopian dreamers, will finally be finished when our government is established. Till such time they will continue to be of use to us. Therefore we shall continue to direct their minds into all sorts of worthless concepts and ridiculous theories that appear to be new and progressive such as alternative lifestyles. We shall continue in this manner because we have had complete success in causing the brainless leaders of the nations to be dazzled with progress—thinking it is progress that is the sum of achievement. While they are so enraptured with it, there is absolutely no one among them that sees that beneath the cloak of progress there has been a departure from truth. They do not understand that truth is unchangeable and does not allow for progress in a manner that violates it. In this way, progress, like a false ideal, serves to obscure truth so that none may know it except us.

Who will ever suspect then that all these people were so perfectly stage-managed by us according to our political plans? No one has so much as guessed at all of this in the course of many centuries.

Our philosophers will discuss all of the shortcomings of the various beliefs and religions of the nations, but no one will ever be able to discuss our faith from an accurate point of view. This is because it will be fully understood by no one but us — and we will never dare to betray its secrets and what we actually think of the people we control.

We shall at last definitely come into our dominion by the aid of multiple coups d'tat arranged to occur everywhere on the same day. This will take place after we have demonstrated the worthlessness of all existing forms of government and the peoples have acknowledged that truth. We shall take great measures to assure that no such thing as a plot or a conspiracy will ever exist against us. For this purpose we shall kill, without mercy, all who dare to take up arms to oppose our coming into our kingdom. Any and every kind of new organization or institution that is anything like a secret society will also be punished with death. Decisions by our government will be final and without appeal.

Death is the inevitable end for everyone. It is better to bring it to those who hinder our affairs than to ourselves, who are the founders of this affair. We execute men in such a way that no one but we of the brotherhood will ever suspect it. Not even the victims themselves know of our death sentence and what is happening. They all just die when required and it appears as if from a normal kind of illness or drug overdose or natural disease. Knowing this, even the brotherhood themselves dare not protest.

Under our influence the execution of the laws of the nations has been reduced to a minimum. The prestige and honor of the law has been destroyed by the liberal interpretations made in the courts that we control. In the most important and fundamental legal affairs, judges make decisions the way we dictate to them. They see matters in only the light we shine upon them in order to run the national governments our way. While doing this, we do not appear to have any connection or anything in common with them. We alter their thinking by newspaper and media opinion or even by social media. Even senators and those of higher administration accept our counsels. The purely animalistic mind of the people is incapable of analysis and observation—and even less are they capable of the foresight necessary to see the end result of altering the presentations of certain questions.

The true seal of ourselves as the self-declared chosen people and of our higher quality of humanity is clearly seen in the difference between our capability of thinking as opposed to the almost animal level on which the peoples of the nations think. Their eyes are open, but they see nothing though it is standing right in front of them. They invent nothing, unless perhaps material things. From this it is plain that nature herself has destined us to guide and rule the world.

Our absolute dictates will all be in logical, consecutive order. Therefore, in each one of our decrees our supreme will must and will be respected and unquestionably fulfilled. We will ignore all complainings and discontents of every kind and will destroy, to the very root, every act resulting from them. We shall do this with punishment of the most extreme nature such as torture.

In order to destroy all organized forces except our own, we shall emasculate the primary example of such organizations—the universities. This was accomplished by reeducating them in a new direction. Their officials and professors are prepared to do this by detailed secret programs of action. They do not depart from these programs—not by one iota —without suffering the consequences. They are appointed with special care and caution, and are in such a position so as to be completely dependent upon our government.

For a long time we have taken great care to discredit the priesthood and religious leaders of the nations and, thereby, to ruin their mission on earth which, in these days, are not much of a hindrance to us. Day by day the influence of the clergy upon the peoples of the world is falling lower. Freedom of conscience has been declared everywhere so that now only a short time separates us from the moment of the complete wrecking of that Christian religion. As far as other religions are concerned, we shall have still less difficulty in dealing with them, but it would be premature to speak of this now. In the eyes of the people, we shall place all ministers and clerics in such narrow frameworks that their influence will decrease as fast as it formerly increased.

When the time comes, finally, to destroy the court of the Pope, the finger of an invisible hand will point the nations toward this court. However, when the nations begin to fling themselves upon it and attack, we shall come to its rescue in the guise of its defenders—this, of course, under the pretense of averting excessive bloodshed. By this diversion, we shall penetrate to its very bowels and we shall certainly never come out again until we have gnawed through and destroyed the entire strength of the place. Our king will be the real pope of the universe, the patriarch of an international church.

However, in the meantime, while we are reeducating the youth in new traditional religions —and afterward in our own — we shall not openly lay a finger on existing churches. We shall fight against them by criticism calculated to produce splits among them. This has been very effectively done by introducing the issue of gay rights, gay clergy and gay marriage among other things, such as the need for the people to take our vaccines. They cannot even enter the colleges without being vaccinated. That creates an internal controversy.

Generally speaking, then, our modern news media will continue to bring reproach and disrepute to national affairs, religions, ineptitude of governments, always using the most unprincipled terms of expression in order, by any means, to lower their prestige. This can only be done by the genius of our gifted tribe and with help from the display of the late night comedian and the "Great Reset."
